A new resort community with roots in the past
Prior to 1856, when the Chickasaw Tribal Council selected a new name to honor fallen Chief Tishomingo, the settlement was known as Good Springs. This area’s abundance of natural beauty and rich history make it an ideal location for the new vacation community we’re again calling Good Springs, in celebration of a vibrant past and promising future.
Good Springs features densely wooded lots spread across 210 acres of varied and scenic topography, affording you a private escape into unspoiled nature. In developing the Good Springs community, our priority is to preserve and maintain as many of the area’s stunning natural attributes as possible.
Meticulously designed and built, the upscale vacation homes at Good Springs will make use of natural and sustainable materials that complement the dramatic beauty of the native terrain. And thanks to measures like our Architectural Control Committee and below-ground utility service, you can be assured that your investment and your scenic views will remain unspoiled.
